Returns and exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kickz. If for any reason you’re not happy with your shoes, we offer a 7-day return policy.
Conditions for Returns:
1. Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable terms:
* Products that have been worn or damaged after use.
* Sale items or special promotions may not be eligible for return.
How to Return:
1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return.
2. Follow the instructions provided for shipping the item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange if preferred.
